The SeaBlue condo in Elations is beautiful, bright, and classic— and bathed in sandy neutrals and calming blues that reflect the soothing coastal location. A comfy sofa— which is also a pull-out bed— and armchair face a large flatscreen television and create a perfect space to curl up with your favorite TV show or a great movie. Large windows allow the dappled Florida sunshine to pour in and frame the views of the swaying palm trees.
A rustic dining table with seating for four leads into the open kitchen. A peninsula bar has additional casual seating. Bright white cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops create a luxe, pristine workspace that’s fully equipped to brew the morning coffee, pour some happy hour cocktails, or prepare a full dinner. Through a glass door is your sun-kissed private patio with comfy, plush lounge chairs.
In the one bedroom, a luxe, king-size bed faces a flatscreen television while bright, natural light floods the room. There’s plenty of dresser space and closet space for unpacking. In the bathroom, there’s a tub/shower combo and a custom vanity with double vessel sinks. The condo also has a stackable washer and dryer.
Elation is the newest edition to the premier Sandestin resort and is located only steps away from the sparkling, lagoon-shaped resort pool with beach access. Spend your peaceful days swimming, sunning, reading, or simply relaxing in the shade of a palm tree. Golfers will rejoice at the sheer variety of different courses nearby, and tennis players will love the clay courts.
A short stroll or a ride in your golf cart will bring you to the Village of Baytowne and an endless array of delicious dining, casual cafes, art galleries, and eclectic shopping.
Guests have access to the entire condominium, resort swimming pool, Spa hot tub, beach access point, and golf cart.
You’ll have use of a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and a few beach chairs.
Guest Access
4 pools, hot tub, beach, golf cart(additional fee) shopping, and restaurants. Golf and tennis are available, and additional fees apply.
The extra amenities are not required, but if you decide you would like to enjoy any of the amenities, the FEES are not due till two months before your stay
Golf cart fee – $300 per week
Golf Cart fee -$200 for less than 3 days.
Resort Fee -$75.00 (Required Fee)
I have purchased a special membership that allows the use of an underground golf cart tunnel to the beach access (by the beach house restaurant and the inside gate for upclose beach parking. A special code is given.)

I supply a one-day starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, and tide pods for your convenience
I also supply a beach wagon, umbrellas, and a few beach chairs for your use at the beach.

My fiancée and I loved staying here! Laura was so friendly and helpful with great recommendations and many great amenities offered! The condo was in a great location with lots to do. We visited Baytown Warf which is walkable or very close by golfcart. The beach is also a quick ride away with beach front bars and crystal clear water. Pickle ball courts were also located near by which was a fun addition! The community pool was pretty well kept and the spa tubs were a highlight. Laura was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Location and Amazing Host!!
Laura was super responsive and gave great recommendations. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The condo was very clean, smelled great and had the most fluffy, soft blankets. The condo is very quiet as it is a corner unit at the end of the hallway. Highly recommend the golf cart as you can go everywhere around the full resort. The golf cart tunnel takes you quickly to the beach side and beach access. What was really nice is you do not have to pay the 20 dollar fee daily to park at the beach as Laura informed me if your in the golf cart she has a special membership that has already paid for parking over at the beach access as long as your using the golf cart. The golf cart is so fun driving to the grand boulevard for grocery shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Baytown has a lot of restaurants & adventure zone for children lots of shopping and bars are everywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND THE HOST, Laura was amazing!!Stephen

We LOVED our stay at Laura’s place in SanDestin! She was a great host. We didn’t need to reach out to her much (if any) because she provided all the info you will need before arrival. But when we did, she’s very responsive.
Place is beautiful and in a great location if you want to walk to restaurants in the wharf. I would definitely recommend getting the golf cart, not necessary but it was fun riding around the resort and provided easy access to Publix and the beach with up front parking. Can’t wait to go back!Kelly

We stayed Saturday to Saturday and had a wonderful time. Laura was very responsive from the moment we booked her place. Even gave us ideas to do while there. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We paid the add on fee for the gold cart and it was great! Thank you hope to see you again soon!
